Returns & Exchanges

Sometimes it doesn't turn out exactly as you had planned. You are of course welcome to return or exchange your goods.

Within 14 days from the delivery of your package, you can exchange or return your order. The product you are returning must be in perfect condition, not used or washed and with the original tags still attached to each product.

Let us know at helllo@miino.se if you want to return and we will send you a qr-code via email.

In case of exchange, return the product and place a new order.

We will refund the amount minus the cost of shipping, which is SEK 40, to the card number you used when ordering.

Denied receipt of package

If you do not receive your package or do not pick it up before it is returned by Postnord, you will be charged SEK 129 for return handling costs. Therefore, we recommend that you collect the package and send it back yourself.
